February 23, 2002 Television Addiction Is No Mere Metaphor By Robert Kubey and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi In Scientific American magazine Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi is a fantastic author. I have enjoyed a couple of his books. This study, though, is disturbing. It confirms many of my worst fears about television, and gives me new stuff to worry about. *sigh*
